Tutored Advanced Math and Science in Arizona to high school students 2005-2008 Tutored Statistics during graduate school I love tutoring math especially and have developed many methods to help students with all different ability levels learn even advanced math. As a special education teacher, I have had the benefit of learning bridging and scaffolding methods to help students learn. I believe everyone can access math and the standards have been raised not just to increase math scores but also to encourage critical thinking skills...My favorite days teaching have always been those teaching math to students who never thought they could learn advanced math.
